Kathy, Thanks so much for reading my story. I took a class once where we each brought in our favorite work by a real-deal author and someone read “my mother never wore bright lipstick” and it was all i could think about for many days. Your work is so, so good.
ha, thanks so much, kathy. i really appreciate it. seems like 20 years ago when i wasn’t writing/reading much. your encouragement with that piece that i placed in slow trains greatly impacted me. and always breakfast before hurlophobia. :)
Hi, Kathy. I appreciate you taking the time to read and comment on “Sectioned.” I’ve been seeing your name around—on what I don’t remember—so it’s good to see you here. F’naut rocks!
I enjoyed your The Hollow. So much going on. Have you thought of developing it out into a longer form? It seems to sort of brim with itself, like it could easily spill over into a larger piece, if you were ever so inclined.
Kathy, thank you for your comment on my story Standby a while back. I was especially appreciative of your observation re tenderness. It’s important to me that that came through.
I’m touched that you again took time to read my work. I’m so glad you enjoyed “Dinner With The Lydia” and thanks for your kind comments. Actually the majority of my work tends toward the dark, but I’m just rolling with what’s coming out right now, and will see where I land. Thanks again.
Kathy, how lovely of you to write a note on “Cracking Open.” I greatly admire your work and appreciate your time and encouragement. Ha! You were eating dry roasted nuts at the time? Aren’t these coincidences intriguing … Thanks again.
Hi Kathy. Just uploaded a picture and thought I’d join the table for awhile. The picture you uploaded for The Hollow is gorgeous. That story is gorgeous. I’m not sure I spelled “gorgeous” correctly. xoxo
Kathy, Thank you, thank you! Your glowing review of “Quitting” made me very happy.
Thanks for the kind words, Kathy. I had fun writing “Victory.” Meg made me do it. I got 14 of the words in the story from her.
Kathy, thank you for your kind comment on “Blacktop.”
Kathy,
It means a lot to me to have your thumbs up for my story “Snapshots.” A fav from Kathy Fish? Good grief. This is my lucky day!
Your comments about my work make me proud. Thank you.
