I write. I direct videos and make films. I love books and stories. I almost became a chef but then became a vegan (long story). I practice yoga. My dogs are funny. My wife thinks I live inside my head too much and she's probably right. I love the Cocteau quote, "Art is not a pastime but a Priesthood."
Some days, I use my powers for good, but most days they are benign as I create messaging and cultivate the voices of various brands for my gig as creative director. What can I say, it pays the bills.
Music fuels my creativity. Experience is good fuel, coffee, too. As a writer, I want to express all the crazy stuff in my head. Words are like a valve that reduce the pressure.
I've always told stories. I always will. Why not record them just for the hell of it?
